A place situated in nature. silent, full of love and peace. Delicious healthy meals. Nourish your body, mind and soul. Space to be with you – and well connected.

These blissful days will consist of: Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, healing breathing practices, walking meditation, Nadam /sound and more. One individual massage treatment during the stay is included.

Wednesday/Mittwoch:                                                            

16.30 - 18.30h intro talk, restorative yoga / ankommen, restorative yoga
19.00 dinner / abendessen
20.30 welcome circle, meditation, sharing / begegnung, meditation, austausch


Thursday, Friday & Saturday/ Donnerstag, Freitag & Samstag:

8.00 light breakfast / leichtes frühstück
8.30 meditation, breath work, silent walk / meditation, atemarbeit, gehmeditation
9.30 yoga practice / asana praxis
12.30 lunch / mittagessen
16.30 - 18.30 yoga practice  (friday afternoon free time) / asana praxis (freitagnachmittag frei)
19.00 dinner / abendessen
20.30 meditation, chanting, sauna, evening activities

Sunday/Sonntag:

9.00 yoga practice / asana praxis
12.30 lunch / mittagessen
13.30 -  15.00 sharing, closing circle / mitteilungsrunde, abschluss
