A Thai Massage course is always a spiritual experience that
combines meditation and the practice of loving-kindness,
and for those interested particularly on learning massage,
it is a great opportunity to know more about this beautiful
healing technique.
We welcome you to this summer's training in Thai
yoga massage (TYMA) at Borntorpet. TYMA is an ancient
technique that combines deep tissue massage, reflexology,
acupressure and stretch techniques from yoga.
During these days you will learn to give a full body treatment
and get an opportunity to practice yoga and meditation
sessions every morning.
At the end of the course you will receive an international
diploma as Thai yoga masseur from Sunshine Network.
You will also have time to relax in beautiful forest
atmosphere and enjoy delicious vegetarian food.
Itzhak Helman has over 14 years of experience within Thai Yoga Massage and is one of the phew certified Thai Yoga Massage Teachers by the renowned Sunshine Networks.
He studied persnally with Ashokananda and is currently constantly on tour around the world sharing his deep knowledge of this beautiful healing technique.

7.30am Ashtanga Yoga Class and Meditation
9am Breakfast
10.30am Massage Practice
1pm Lunch
2.30pm Massage Practice
7pm Dinner
8.30 Evening Program
