During this weekend we have the intention to create a space where we can meet ourselves by being present in the moment in body, mind and soul.
Together we will practice yoga – physical movements (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation (antar mouna) and mindfulness – body scan, awareness of breathing, mindfulness in daily life, insight dialogue and loving kindness.
There will also be time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere at Borntorpet! Such a soothing place!
Marie and Gunilla met while they were working together at Yogayama. Today they also manage "Vilopuls" at the healthcenter Träningspuls in World Trade Center, running yoga and mindfulness courses and retreats.
Gunilla Lönnberg has been teaching mindfulness since 2007, has specialized in teaching mindfulness based childbirth and parenting education. She has a masters in public health science and also works as a shiatsu therapist. Combining intellect and intuition as well as being both academic and spiritual are her major strengths and joy!
Marie Segelström is working as a health coach and yoga teacher. Her base is in World Trade Center in Stockholm where she is working with health promotion for companies.She also teaches yoga courses, classes and private sessions in Sweden and abroad. How we find our own balance and tuning in to oness is questions that she enjoys and excels in playing with.
