“Our vision of yoga goes far beyond mere physical excercise, aiming at
understanding who we are in essence. In our courses this translates into
a full experience of all aspects of yoga in a playful and profound way”

We all look forward to that feeling of deep relaxation and release of tension from the body after a yoga practice or body treatment. Until the tightness is released, we are often unaware of areas in our body that are held in tension. In this weekend workshop we will be combining the asanas with therapy balls to get deeper into the fascia, resetting our connective tissues and creating a new normal in our bodies that will leave us feeling light and effortless. There will be some yin, some yang, and a whole lot of yum!

Chungmei started practicing yoga in Boston at the recommendation of a fellow academic  in 2001.

She draws her main inspiration from her teacher David Vendetti and is continuously inspired by the work of Jill Miller, Ana Forrest, John Friend, and Shiva Rea. These days she channels her passion for yoga into creating a space for students to work, sweat, and laugh together in classes that integrate creative sequencing with alignment, core work, and breath.

She splits her time between teaching yoga in Stockholm and puttering around the house starting--and sometimes finishing --art projects.
